- Call us at (916) 371-6011 and ask for the Social Work department. We will assist you through the process and answer any question you might have.
- See your doctor to obtain proof that you need the services we provide and you will need a clear Tuberculosis test.
- We will schedule days for you to visit with our staff. We submit our recommendation to the state Department of Health which will review the package and then inform us how many days per week have been approved. This can take up to two months.
- Once approved, we work with you to set a schedule for you to attend. It's that simple.
